If you ride one of our core brands (like E Ride Pro, Electro & Co, Hiboy, etc.), you're in the right place. Simply select your bike model from the dropdown menu, pick your preferred drop-off date and time, and submit your request, our team typically confirms these quickly.

What to bring: Please bring your bike, your key, and your battery charger to your appointment.
