The trade-in runs through Upway, so the bike you bring in needs to be a street-legal e-bike: 2016 or newer, UL-approved battery, keys and charger included. Got a high-powered off-road e-moto instead? We handle those a different way, see below.

Battery, charger, keys. Upway checks it over while you're at the counter and will confirm the value within 30 minutes.
3. Ride out on something new
Put the credit toward your next bike the same day. Upway handles the rest.

What we take
This section is about the bike you're handing over. Any working e-bike with keys, a charger, and a UL-approved battery has a solid shot at a quote: Aventon, Velotric, Lectric, Specialized, Trek, Cannondale, Gazelle, Tern, Super73, and 200+ more brands. It needs to be street-legal and a 2016 model or newer.
Riding something Upway won't take?
Upway's program is built for street-legal e-bikes, so high-powered off-road e-motos don't run through it. If that's what you're looking to move, talk to our team about your options, including our consignment program for eligible bikes.

A note on value
Trade-in values come straight from Upway's calculator in real time. They move with used-market demand and how many of a given brand are already in the pipeline, so what your bike is worth today might be a different number next month. We'll give you the real quote when you bring it in. Your in-store offer also covers the processing and shipping we handle on the trade, so it can land a little under the online estimate.
