Refund policy

Returns You may return most new, unopened items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email before returning your items. Returns sent without prior notification will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Company Error: If we ship a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide and pay for a return shipping label, we will also try to get you the right part and pay for shipping. 

  • Standard Returns: For all other reasons for return, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We will return the part, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Restocking Fees Items over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover credit card and administrative costs.

Non-Returnable Items To ensure quality and safety, returns will not be accepted on the following:

  • Vehicles (scooters, bicycles, mopeds, etc.)

  • Opened or used items (including bikes, batteries, motors, and controllers)

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Items returned without prior notification

Special Orders Returns on special orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and are accepted solely at our discretion.
