Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Standard Order Cancellations We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@radmotousa.com. You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. We may collect a partial deposit or the full payment at checkout.

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product has been fulfilled and shipped.

Once a pre-ordered item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and falls under our standard Return and Refund Policy.
Order Verification Cancellations To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized purchases, some orders may require verification before processing. If your order is flagged for review, we will place it on a temporary hold and contact you via email and/or phone. If we do not receive a response from you within 96 hours (4 days), your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Subscriptions and Try Before You Buy (Note: If Radmotousa does not currently offer recurring subscriptions or mail-order "try before you buy" programs, these purchase options do not apply to our store.) If applicable, subscriptions can be canceled or modified at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation emails.
