Shipping Policy

Where We Ship Currently, we only offer shipping on select bikes and parts to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing and Verification Orders are processed promptly. However, to protect our customers and prevent unauthorized purchases, some orders may require verification before processing.

  • If your order is flagged for review, we will place it on a temporary hold and contact you via email (and phone if necessary).

  • If we do not receive a response from you within 96 hours (4 days), the order may be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Costs and Timelines Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of the item(s) ordered. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Carrier Delays and Damages Radmotousa takes great care to securely package every order to prevent damage, but we are not responsible or liable for carrier delays or any damages that occur during transit. If an issue arises during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the shipping company for further resolution.

What to Do If an Item Arrives Damaged If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to info@radmotousa.com right away:

  • Damaged Parts: We will typically send a replacement part.

  • Damaged Bikes: A service ticket will be created to help get your ride back in top shape. Please note that Radmotousa does not send full bike replacements for transit damage.
