Will You Service My Ride?

Will You Service My Ride?

Yes. Radmoto services many electric bikes and e-motos that were not purchased from our store. We charge an upfront assessment fee of $75 for brands we currently carry, and $150 for brands we do not carry. We instituted this pricing structure because unfamiliar or budget-brand bikes often require specialized training on new systems, difficult-to-source parts, and time-consuming communication with outside manufacturers. With this assessment, we’ll provide a comprehensive vehicle inspection report and inform you of any failed components needed.

We’re one of the few shops that regularly works on high-performance electric rides, and we’re happy to help riders keep their bikes running properly.

However, service availability may depend on the brand, model, parts availability, and current service schedule.

Service Priority for Radmoto Customers

We do our best to take care of every rider who comes through our doors. That said, bikes purchased from Radmoto receive priority scheduling for service and manufacturer warranty support, since we already know the bike, its setup, and its service history.
If your bike was purchased elsewhere, we’re still often able to help. Service availability simply depends on technician capacity, parts availability, and the type of work needed.
Our goal is always the same keep riders on the road or dirt whenever we can.
