To keep turnaround times fast and repairs successful, we operate on what we call the 3 S’s:

Brands We Carry & Fully Service

If it’s a brand we sell, it’s a brand we fully stand behind.

🟡 SUPPORT

Brands We Can Work On (With Conditions)

We’ve worked on many other reputable electric brands and can often help, including:

  • Surron

  • Talaria

  • Gotrax

  • Lectric

  • Varla

We can typically handle:

  • Brake replacements

  • Tire swaps

  • Suspension service

  • Drivetrain repairs

  • General wear-and-tear

  • Basic diagnostics

If parts are available and the system isn’t proprietary or locked down, we can usually move forward.

If the repair requires brand-specific electrical components that we cannot source, we’ll be transparent about that.


🔴 SAY NO

Brands With No Support, No Parts, No Answers

Some electric brands:

  • Do not respond to customers

  • Do not respond to dealers

  • Do not sell replacement components

  • Do not provide wiring diagrams

  • Use proprietary electrical systems with no accessible parts

When parts cannot be sourced, repairs cannot be completed.

We will not take on:

  • Unknown import brands with no parts support

  • Projects requiring unavailable proprietary controllers

  • Unsafe or heavily modified wiring jobs

  • Units already confirmed to have no manufacturer support

If you’ve already contacted the manufacturer and received no response, please tell us upfront. That context helps us give you a faster and more accurate answer.


🚨 Scheduling Service — Required For Everyone

Regardless of which category your ride falls into — Sell, Support, or Say No — all service requests must go through our scheduling form.

If you’re unsure where your bike falls, fill it out and we’ll let you know our verdict before you bring it in.

Submitting the form allows us to:

  • Verify brand and model

  • Confirm parts availability

  • Assess repair feasibility

  • Provide next steps

  • Avoid unnecessary drop-offs

Please do not drop off a unit without prior scheduling approval.
