FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Joining Radmoto
How does Radmoto work?
Radmoto is a subscription electric mobility service. Your monthly membership fee provides you with your own e-scooter or e-bike or e-moped and access to our Concierge Team, who repair and maintain your vehicle at no additional charge and as quickly as within 24 hours.
Unlike traditional ownership or shared services, Radmoto gives you the advantages of having your own ride, with the flexibility of a membership you can turn on and off when you want.
What makes Radmoto different?
Radmoto makes choosing a greener commute easy. Instead of investing in an e-scooter or e-bike or e-moped with high upfront costs and bearing the responsibility of maintaining it, you simply subscribe to an e-ride on a monthly basis. And unlike sharing services, you get your own vehicle instead of relying on companies placing vehicles in your area.
You can turn membership on and off, and the subscription comes with delivery and maintenance.
What do you mean by Radmoto subscription?
Think of it as a lease, but with no long-term commitments, or BS fees. Pay on a monthly basis based on the subscription plan you choose.
I love my ride, can I keep it?
Yes! We aim to remove any barriers that stand between you and your EV ride! 100% of your Rent and 50% of your Subscription amount rolls into purchase price. We'll work with you to make forever feel right.
How do deliveries work? Do I need to assemble anything?
During the signup process, choose your preferred delivery date, time and address. At your delivery time, our operations team will deliver your e-ride to you, no assembly required, & give you a tutorial.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for first time riders and $49 for returning riders, for Subscribe and Own. Rent has a fee based on your distance. Picking up and dropping off your ride at our location is always free.
What is required to sign up?
In order to successfully secure your Radmoto, your first month's subscription payment is due upfront. You'll also need to upload your US driver's license. Your second payment is not charged until one full month after your ride arrives. At this time, we are unable to accept foreign driver's licenses, but are working on a solution for you!
Do I need a special type of license?
Radmoto rides are classified as a class 2 and class 3 electric bicycle or mopeds and a driver’s license may not be required depending on local regulation. Radmoto checks for a valid US driver's license before approving a subscription. A motorcycle license is not required for any of our e-rides.
