How Radmoto is Leveraging AI and Student Innovation to Drive Growth
Share
At Radmoto, innovation isn’t just about electric vehicles, it’s about how we run our business, connect with customers, and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry. That’s why our collaboration with students from the University of New Hampshire has become such a valuable part of our journey.
Founded in 2022 in Portsmouth, Radmoto was built on a simple idea: bring smarter, more sustainable transportation solutions to New Hampshire and beyond. From electric motorcycles and mopeds to scooters and bikes, we’ve focused on helping people rethink short-distance travel. But as we’ve grown, so have the challenges — especially when it comes to scaling operations and adapting to new technologies like AI.
That’s where UNH students stepped in.

Turning AI Into Opportunity
As search engines evolve, traditional SEO is no longer enough. A team of students specializing in business analytics and information systems has been helping Radmoto explore Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), a new approach designed to improve how businesses appear in AI-generated results.
By analyzing our website and comparing it to competitors, the team identified opportunities to strengthen our digital presence. They’ve also been developing tools that analyze online conversations to uncover trends in the e-mobility space.
Smarter Inventory, Less Guess Work
Another group of students tackled a different challenge: inventory management. For a growing business like Radmoto, keeping track of parts and products efficiently is critical. The student team designed an automated system that integrates with our Shopify platform, allowing us to track inventory in real time, receive alerts when stock runs low automatically generate reorder lists, and identify sourcing options for parts.
Real World Impact & Building the Future Together
This partnership goes beyond improving systems, it is a true exchange of ideas that benefits everyone involved.
For students, it’s an opportunity to move beyond theory and build solutions that work in a real business environment. For Radmoto, it means tapping into fresh perspectives, creative thinking, and emerging expertise in AI and automation
As a small business, every resource matters. Working with the University of New Hampshire allows us to innovate in ways that might otherwise be out of reach, while giving students hands-on experience that prepares them for their careers.
