Instagram Data Deletion

You can request deletion of personal data processed by Radmoto’s Instagram inbox integration.

How to submit a request

Email info@radmotousa.com with the subject Instagram Data Deletion Request. Include your Instagram username and identify the data you would like deleted. Please do not send your password or access token.

What happens next

Radmoto will verify your request, review any personal data held by the integration, and delete applicable data, subject to any legally required retention. We will contact you if additional information is needed and confirm the outcome by email.

This process applies to data held by Radmoto’s Instagram inbox integration. It does not delete your Instagram account or messages stored by Instagram. Requests concerning data held by Instagram must be handled through Instagram’s own settings and support channels.
