The Challenge
Our Surron project started with a fresh powder coat to give it a sleek new look. However, as we began reassembling the bike, we encountered a significant hurdle: a blown-up BAC400 controller. But challenges are opportunities in disguise. We quickly swapped out the faulty controller, fine-tuned the bike, and ensured every part was optimized for performance.
The Custom Parts
This build features a selection of high-quality custom parts that we’re incredibly proud of:
- KKE Wheels: Known for their durability and performance, these wheels are a perfect match for the rugged demands of a dirtbike.
- Prickly Motorsports: They supplied the suspension, primary drive, and foot pegs, enhancing the bike’s handling and rider comfort.
- BAC400 Controller: After replacing the faulty one, this controller is now the brain behind our bike’s smooth and responsive performance.
- TRP Evo Brakes: For reliable stopping power, these brakes are second to none.
- Marzocchi Forks: These forks provide superior shock absorption, ensuring a smooth ride over any terrain.
