Celebrating a Semester of Innovation with UNH Paul College Business Students

This past semester, Radmoto had the unique opportunity to collaborate with two dynamic groups of undergraduate business students from UNH Paul College on the UNH ISBA Capstone Project. Guided by their professor, Nagaraj, these bright young minds were divided into two teams—Team Red and Team Blue—each bringing fresh ideas and incredible energy to the table.

The Project Focus

The capstone project centered around two cutting-edge business concepts: Blitzscaling and Impact Financing. Blitzscaling is all about growing quickly and effectively to outpace competitors, while Impact Financing explores funding opportunities that combine financial returns with real-world impact—something we at Radmoto are passionate about as we further our mission of eco-friendly electric transportation.

The Teams

The students involved were Swathi, Brendan, Benjamin, Daniel, Andrew, Tyler, Ryan, and Cooper. Over the course of the semester, they dove deep into these topics, applying their academic knowledge to our real-world business challenges. Their work was instrumental in refining our strategies and operations, helping us enhance our service offerings and customer engagement tactics.

Achievements and Outcomes

The outcomes of this partnership were profound. With the students' recommendations, we were able to:

  • Optimize our blitzscaling strategies to enhance our market penetration and brand recognition across new regions.
  • Identify and secure impact financing opportunities, which included new investor relationships and grants that align with our sustainable business model.

Their contributions have not only supported Radmoto's growth but have also set a foundation for these future leaders to think critically about the impact of business on the environment and society.

A Heartfelt Congratulations

As these students graduate this month, we extend our heartiest congratulations to them on completing their academic journey and their capstone project. Their hard work and dedication were evident in every discussion, meeting, and presentation. We are incredibly proud to have been a part of their educational path.

Looking Ahead

At Radmoto, we believe in the power of community and education to drive sustainable change. This collaboration with UNH Paul College is just one of the many ways we strive to engage with and contribute to our community. We look forward to future projects that allow us to support education and innovation in sustainable transportation.

Thank you to the teams, UNH, and Professor Nagaraj for a rewarding partnership. We are excited to see where the future takes these promising new graduates, and we hope they continue to drive positive change wherever they go.
